Scottish Straight Longhair (SSL)

The Scottish Straight Longhair breed, a variant of the Scottish Fold, has a history deeply rooted in Scotland. Originating from a cat named "Susie," a white barn cat discovered in the early 1960s, the breed gained recognition for its unique straight ears. Susie's descendants, including her folded-ear kittens, laid the foundation for the development of the Scottish Fold and, subsequently, the Straight Longhair variant.
